- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat a large pan and cook the onions and garlic until they’re soft.
- Add the mushrooms and mixed veggies. Cook until everything is tender.
- Sprinkle the flour over the veggies and stir until well mixed.

- Roll out one puff pastry sheet and put it in a greased baking dish.

- Cover with the second puff pastry sheet and press the edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
