Method :
In a large bowl, combine the corn, cantaloupe, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, pepper flakes or chile pepper (to taste), and lime juice. Stir well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
