Before pouring the honey, spray the inside of the measuring cup with oil. It will pour out of the cup without making a sticky mess.
Method :
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, vinegar, scallions, salt, and pepper. While whisking, stream in the oil and whisk until combined. Taste and adjust seasonings. Toss over any salad.
